Terms of Service

1. Using LoopCraft
You must own or have permission to use every uploaded image. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content or attempt to disrupt the service.
2. Credits and generations
Credits are a prepaid service balance, not currency. A generation reserves the displayed number of credits. Failed tasks receive one free retry and, if that retry fails, the reserved credits are returned automatically.
3. Your content
You keep your rights in uploaded photos. Subject to applicable law and third-party model terms, you may use downloaded outputs for personal and creator content. Separate commercial licensing may apply where clearly shown.
4. Service availability
AI output can vary. We may suspend abusive accounts, update templates and make reasonable service changes while protecting already-purchased balances.
