1. What we collect
We collect account details, payment references, generation settings, uploaded pet photos and the assets created from them. PayPal processes your payment credentials; LoopCraft does not store full card or bank details.
2. Your pet photos
Source photos and generated animations are private by default. We use them to provide, secure and improve the requested generation. We do not publish them, train public models with them, or sell them without explicit permission.
3. Storage and deletion
Files are stored only as long as needed to provide downloads, support retries and meet stated retention requirements. You can delete individual work or request account deletion from Settings.
4. Service providers
We may use hosting, object storage, email, analytics, AI generation and payment providers. Each receives only the data required to perform its role.
