Refund Policy

Automatic generation refunds
If an initial generation fails, LoopCraft provides one free retry. If the retry also fails, all credits reserved for that task return automatically to your balance.
Unused credit purchases
You may request a refund for a duplicate or accidental PayPal purchase when its credits remain unused. Requests should include the PayPal transaction reference.
Consumed credits
Credits used for successfully delivered downloads are generally non-refundable. If a delivered file is technically corrupted, contact support so we can replace it or restore the affected credits.
PayPal disputes
Approved PayPal refunds reverse the corresponding unused credit balance. LoopCraft will never create a negative balance from credits already consumed without review.
